Personalize your piece with custom engraving.
Make your Engraving Service Add-On selection to accompany your order and utilize the "personalization text" field to enter your desired text and placement. If you need more room, or greater explanation - please send a detailed outline of your requested personalization to barb@petersonmade.com.
We will contact you to confirm your Engraving Service request and to finalize your quote within 3 days of your order receipt. *please make sure you check your spam or junk folder for an email from us. If we've never emailed each other before, Internet Service Providers often route such emails directly to those sort of files, and its no fun for either of us!
If additional charges are needed to accomplish your personalization request, a separate invoice will be created and sent to you for payment.
** For fingerprint engraving, please send your digital print file in advance of purchasing, so we can take a look at your file to confirm usability. Fingerprint "images" can be sent to us in the following formats: jpeg, jpg, pdf, png. If you are wondering how to get a print...
1) Funeral Homes take digital images of prints and will supply them to the family at your request.
2) You can also take a fingerprint with the use of an ink pad and clean white paper. Press your finger onto the ink pad, then place your finger onto the paper; you should get ~3 prints coming from that 1 "ink loading". Typically, I cannot use the "too dark" or "too light" options. You will then scan the print and email to me.
We will provide you with a mock-up of your engraved text / print prior to engraving your final piece. Please note this mock up will not be to scale - its sole purpose is to approve spelling, font, and characters on a piece.
