I am saddened to hear that USPS didn’t deliver your package timely. USPS Tracking reflects delivery occurred on October 5, 2024. Your order was shipped out 1 day after your order was received using your selected shipping method (USPS Ground Advantage). As soon as you notified me of non-receipt on September 28, I opened a USPS search request on your behalf and sent emails to inform you of actions. I am certain Hurricane Helene’s impact to our region created your delivery delay - North and South Carolina, Georgia and Tennessee were all severely impacted with flood level rains and major weather impacts well before the hurricane even arrived, not to mention the major interstates and roadways being washed away. In an attempt to provide you with some resolution, I did offer a refund for your purchased item(s) - provided you would return the merchandise to me and did not open the sealed internal packaging since you purchased a “final sale” product. I am truly disappointed you didn’t receive your purchased item within the timeframe you expected. While I cannot control shipping and delivery, I do care deeply about my clients’ experience. My offer to credit you for the returned and unopened merchandise still stands, and I’ll continue to honor that offer through the end of this month October 2024.
