How do I care for my Forever Linked jewelry?

Live your life! Every Forever Linked chain is solid 14k gold, so it's made to be worn every day. To clean your chain and charms, use a little Dawn dish soap, warm water and a soft tooth brush.

What if I need to take it off?

If you need to remove your Forever Linked, carefully cut the tiny link that was originally welded closed using wire cutters or nail clippers. Please don't cut the chain! We can also cut it off for you, just stop in. When you are ready to wear your Forever Linked again, visit the studio and we'll re-link for you.Prefer a bracelet you can take on and off? We can add a clasp for you instead. *if you purchased your Forever Linked from Peterson MADE and you still have your tiny gold link, re-linking is complimentary.

Can I pre-order a charm, or add a charm later?

Yes! To pre-order, buy your charm online and note at checkout that you’ll pick it up at your appointment. Or make your selection in studio anytime and we’ll weld it on. Looking for something specific? See below.

Bring it into the studio and we'll take a look; you can stop in or make a Re-Linking Service appointment. A new gold link and weld is $45. *if you purchased your Forever Linked from Peterson MADE and you still have your tiny gold link, re-linking is complimentary

I got permanent jewelry somewhere else. Can you fix it or weld it back on for me?

Yes, we are happy to help you. We only weld our links - since we know what they are made of and how they perform. As long as our links fit through your chain, we can help! Stop by the studio or make a Re-Linking Appointment. A new gold link and weld is $45.
